Start with the date you need the gift
Compare your gift date with the delivery estimate shown for the actual item and destination. An estimate is not a guarantee. Leave room for delays rather than using the last estimated day as your plan. DealZoo does not publish a universal Christmas order cutoff.
Check every item and package
Do not assume the arrival estimate for one item applies to your entire basket. For an existing Temu order, open the order tracking page to see the delivery information. If the order is split into packages, review the delivery estimate and tracking for each package.
Check the gift itself
Review dimensions, clothing sizes, connector types, compatibility, materials and included accessories. Check the listing’s safety and age information where relevant. For a gift with a fixed deadline, consider what you will do if the item arrives late or does not suit the recipient.
Read return conditions before ordering
Check the return policy applicable to your destination, product and order. Look for when the return window starts, exclusions, the required condition of the item and any charges. Do not assume an extended holiday return period is available unless the retailer says so for your purchase. Save the relevant terms privately.
For a late order or refund question
Use the retailer’s support area from your own account and provide the order details there. DealZoo cannot access orders, change delivery dates or issue refunds. Never post order numbers, addresses, payment details or account verification codes publicly.
